What data this website processes, and what it does not. The short answer: this site does not collect personal data.

What data this site collects
For browsing, none. This site has no user area, no registration, no analytics installed and uses no cookies of its own or of third parties. You are not asked for any data in order to read it, and nothing is stored in your browser.
The treatment pages have a template for writing to us on WhatsApp. It is not a form that collects data: it is filled in your browser and never reaches this website. It is explained in the next section.
The contact template on the treatment pages
Every treatment page has a template for writing to us: one field for your name and another for whatever you would like to tell us. It is not sent to this website and it is not stored here. What you type stays in your browser and only serves to prepare a message.
Pressing “Continue on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with that message already drafted. From that point the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, as explained in the next section, and nothing you typed has passed through a server of ours.
This website has no form that collects data, no database and no email delivery: there is nothing to store and nothing to keep. The template does not save what you type in your browser for another visit either.
The template expressly asks you not to write information about your health, diagnoses, medication, medical history or clinical documents. Clinical matters are dealt with in consultation, which is where the assessment takes place.
What happens if you write via WhatsApp or Instagram
The contact buttons open WhatsApp or Instagram with a message already drafted. At that point the conversation takes place on that platform, not on this website.
Whatever you share there is processed under those platforms’ policies. If you eventually attend a consultation, your health data will be processed within the care relationship, with the information provided to you at that time.
Do not send clinical information by messaging
We recommend that you do not send medical reports, diagnostic tests, clinical images or any other health data through WhatsApp or Instagram. Instant messaging is not the right channel for sensitive documentation: it is reviewed in consultation, which is also where the assessment takes place.
Hosting
The site is hosted with Netlify, Inc. (United States). Like any web server, the provider may log technical data about requests — IP address, date, resource requested — in order to serve the pages and keep the service secure. That processing is governed by the provider’s terms.
The data is kept for as long as is needed to deal with your request and, thereafter, for the periods needed to address any liability that may arise from that communication. You may request erasure of your data where it is appropriate under the applicable rules.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to the contact address given above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
If this changes
If a booking system, analytics tools or any other processing of data are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are switched on and the appropriate consent will be sought.
